Susan Schrott a an online friend who is a multi-media artist. She contacted me a few months back for a bit of graphic layout help, and as a thank you she sent me a beautiful necklace as a lovely surprise. Susan designed this pendant, called BEHOLD — recovery, self esteem, and confidence — for the Cedar Associates Foundation. Cedar Associates is a non-profit that “specializes in the prevention and treatment of eating disorders and the problems that often accompany them.” In addition to being an artist and yoga instructor, Susan specializes in the treatment of eating disorders.
The pendent is sterling silver with a ruby gemstone, and it measures about 1″ x 3/4″ It’s a beautiful, empowering piece of jewelry that would make a lovely gift.
