Another watercolor that I did of Bud-Z. It’s painted on a base of acrylic and gesso on paperback book pages hand sewn together (part of The Hours journal below).

Judy, that is so kind! Thank you. :) He can be loveable, he can also be quite a handful. We got him from a shelter, where he was for over two years. We’ve had him for a little over a year now. He has calmed down quite a bit, but I suspect he needs another year yet.

Dear Ms. Hansen:
I read and enjoyed your article in the October/November 2008 Quilting Arts Magazine, yes 2008! I do keep all those wonderful sources of art as I retired from teaching art in 2006 and only just now can begin to enjoy sewing.
So the reason I am writing is that I have a small collection of new Light Impression archival boxes left to sell at a very reasonable rates now that I no longer need them for art.
I still have about 15 left in excellent condition for anyone, and your article certainly clicked (as did your lovely work!).
Any suggestions for advertising would be appreciated.
