Warwick Castle<\/p><\/div>\n

\nMom is big on castles, and one goal was to take her to many.\u00a0 Warwick Castle was first on the list (well, Bridgnorth doesn’t really count as there wasn’t much left to it).\u00a0 Warwick is considered Britain’s “Ultimate Castle,” although I’m not sure if I agree with that assessment.\u00a0 It dates back some 1,100 years, and it’s amazing to think that it’s now a tourist attraction.\u00a0 Derry and I came here in the past, so it was more fun taking mom as we knew just what she’d like to see.\n<\/div>\n

\nWe did go into the dungeon, which was very dark and not something I’ve visited in the past.\u00a0 I’m not keen on dungeons.\u00a0 After visiting this one, I doubt mom will be visiting any in the future.\u00a0 It’s not a Disney experience.\n<\/div>\n

Mom did climb the winding, narrow stairs to get on one of the towers.<\/p><\/div>\n

Mom made it to the top where we could relax and enjoy the views.<\/p><\/div>\n
