Art Quilts

For the new century, I wanted to return to a favorite pattern, the Log Cabin, and create something that reflects and projects. I used the program Canvas on my Macintosh computer to draw this design.The quilt uses several fabrics that I painted, dyed, and airbrushed and uses some commercial prints. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. The quilt back is also hand painted. Some awards this quilt won include:
