Color Fields I

23" x 23" I created this design using a combination of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I printed it onto silk fabric using archival pigment inks. I further colored the design with textile inks. It is machine pieced and quilted. I have also made a ColorFields II in a different palette of colors, and a miniature version called ColorFields III, which was exhibited at the 2006 American Quilters Socieity Show in Paducah, KY. ColorFields I and II were also exhibited in several gallery shows. |
