Save the Green © 1992-1999 Gloria Hansen 36" x 36" This quilt was designed using Canvas on my Macintosh. It uses the same block as I later used in my "Heat Wave" quilt. I made this quilt for the 1992 Hoffman Challenge. I painted, dyed, or airbrushed all of the fabrics except for the challenge print. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. Although it didn't travel with the exhibit, it did win a 1st place for contemporary wallhangings in the Peddlers Village Quilt Show in Lahaska, PA in 1995.  Prior Quilt
