An original quilt that I designed using the program Canvas on my Macintosh computer.
I wanted to create a low-constrast design that was pure pattern. No focal point. I turned the lower-right block to create an unobvious rebel in the pattern.
I hand painted every piece of fabric (except for two that I dyed) in the quilt, including the back. It was a labor intensive piece, taking over 10 months to complete. It is machine pieced and hand quilted.
